Assistance, Recovery and Shelter Service (SARA)
It is a municipal service that offers specific and specialized outpatient care to people who are experiencing or have suffered gender violence. It also provides advice to professional staff and people close to the victims.
The Care, Recovery and Reception Service supports all women, children and adolescents without discrimination based on age, physical and mental health status, disability, legal situation, sexual orientation or origin, in aspects such as:
- Information and advice.
- Personalized and comprehensive treatment throughout the process of recovery from the violence experienced, always based on the needs of the person being treated.
- Access to protection resources and specific resources for gender-based violence in situations of high or moderate risk.
- Job placement service.
SARA Jove
Offers a specific mobile services for children aged 12 to 17 who are victims of gender violence.

- Atenció presencial general: cal concertar cita prèvia al telèfon 900 922 357 (telèfon gratuït). Horari: de dilluns a divendres, de 9.00 a 14.00 hores, i de dilluns a dijous, de 16.00 a 19.00 hores.
- Atenció presencial d’urgència: de 9.00 a 13.00 hores, de dilluns a divendres, sense cita prèvia (c. Marie Curie, 16).
